Job summary

Jacobs, a global leader in engineering and science, is seeking a Project Controls Professional to join our Program Management Team, delivering project controls, scheduling, forecasting, cost engineering, and reporting for diverse projects worldwide.

You’ll set up contractor systems, manage CPM scheduling with Primavera P6, develop dashboards in Power BI and Excel, and coordinate issues across management levels. Periodic travel may be requested to support client delivery.

Qualifications

• Experience in project controls and financial issues across programs.
• Experience with e-builder, Prism-Contruent, Procore, Power-BI, Unifier.
• Proficient in Python and SQL coding.
• Strong dashboard development with Excel macros and SQL databases.

Responsibilities

• Provide solid project controls, scheduling, forecasting, cost engineering, and reporting.
• Manage overall program controls and reporting functions, providing updates and presentations at all management levels.
• Use e-Builder, Prism-Contruent, Procore, Power-BI, Unifier, Primavera P6, Oracle, Kahua, Python, and SQL coding.
• Develop intuitive and informative dashboards using Excel Macro level, Databases (MS Access, SQL), XML, and Power BI.
• Coordinate and execute project issues, with a focus on CPM Scheduling using Primavera P6 and cost engineering functions.
