Jacobs in the United States is seeking a driven Project Controls professional to support our Program Management Team across Richmond, VA, Houston, TX, and Elkton, VA. You will provide solid forecasting, cost engineering, reporting, and subcontractor invoicing to help deliver programs on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Finance, or related business field.
• 5+ years in cost engineering, project controls, or related field.
• Experience with budgets, forecasts, and cost reports.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain project budgets and forecasts.
• Produce cost reports for engineering/construction projects.
• Forecasting, reconciliation, cash flow analysis, variance reporting.
• Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders.
