Job summary

Jacobs is seeking a driven Project Controls professional to support our Program Management Team from locations including Richmond, VA; Houston, TX; Elkton, VA. You will forecast costs, manage budgets, and deliver cost reporting and subcontractor invoicing.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in cost engineering or project controls, strong Excel and analytics, and experience with EcoSys, Primavera Unifier, SAP, or Oracle. Hybrid work policy applies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Finance, or related field or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years in cost engineering, project controls, or related role.
• Experience forecasting budgets, costs, and reports for engineering or capital projects.
• Strong analytical and communication skills; proficient with Excel and data tools.

Responsibilities

• Provide solid forecasting, cost engineering, reporting, and invoicing for subcontractors.
• Develop and maintain project budgets, forecasts, and cost reports.
• Analyze cost performance, identify trends, and recommend actions.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and clients to ensure accuracy.
