Qualifications

• 5+ years of project controls experience in engineering consulting.
• Experience with earned value progress and home office engineering.
• Strong accounting fundamentals.
• Intermediate to advanced Excel; familiarity with Word/Outlook/Teams/SharePoint.
• Aptitude to learn and solve problems; able to handle straightforward tasks.

Responsibilities

• Maintain project ledgers with budgets, commitments, expenditures, and forecasts.
• Prepare project financial setup documents and provide weekly updates.
• Support project managers with monthly reviews and WBS maintenance.
• Monitor budgets vs. forecasts and update change logs.
• Assist with subcontract administration and procurement forms.
• Provide change management support and maintain logs.
