Job summary

McGough is seeking a Senior Project Controls Manager to lead cost, scheduling, risk management, and performance reporting for large-scale, mission-critical construction projects. You will integrate with the Planning and Scheduling Department and mentor project teams to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.

This role requires at least 8 years in project controls, strong analytical and communication skills, and experience with Primavera P6, MS Project, and InEight.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 8 years of project controls experience, preferably on large, complex construction projects.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.
• Experience mentoring project teams and coordinating with planning/scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement project controls processes for cost management, scheduling and reporting.
• Prepare and present regular project performance reports to management and clients.
• Monitor earned value management (EVM) and track progress against plan.
• Coordinate with Project Scheduler and Estimator to integrate controls data.
• Mentor and coach other project team members on the project controls system.
