McGough Construction in Minnesota seeks a Senior Project Controls Manager to oversee cost, scheduling, risk, and performance reporting on large, complex construction projects. You will lead project controls initiatives, guide a team, and ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.

The role requires 8+ years in project controls, proficiency with Primavera P6, MS Project and InEight, and strong communication.

Qualifications

Minimum 8 years of experience in project controls management on large, mission-critical or complex construction projects.
Proven track record of managing costs, schedules, risks, and metrics.
Proficiency with project controls software and strong analytical skills.

Responsibilities

Oversee cost control, scheduling, planning, risk management and performance reporting for large-scale projects.
Develop and implement project controls procedures, guidelines and systems.
Lead Earned Value Management (EVM) and baseline schedule analyses.
Coordinate with scheduling, estimating, procurement and field teams.
Mentor and coach project team members and subcontract partners on project controls.
