Job summary

ENFRA seeks a Senior Project Controls Manager to act as the primary controls partner for an assigned Delivery Vice President and the project portfolio. You will oversee cost management, forecasting, scheduling, risk management, change management, energy performance, reporting, and Project Controls execution across the portfolio.

Reporting to the Project Controls Director, you will lead enterprise standards, improve predictability, and mentor controls personnel while collaborating with Delivery

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 4 years of experience in lieu of degree.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in Project Controls or related fields.
• Strong business and commercial acumen, including budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow.

Responsibilities

• Lead portfolio-level Project Controls activities for the Delivery VP portfolio.
• Oversee cost management, forecasting, scheduling, risk and change management, and reporting across projects.
• Develop baseline schedules, work breakdown structures, and execution plans aligned with enterprise standards.
• Provide coaching and mentorship to Project Controls personnel.
