Job summary

ENFRA is seeking a Senior Project Controls Manager to act as the primary Project Controls business partner for an assigned Delivery Vice President and portfolio. This embedded leadership role ensures alignment with enterprise standards, credible forecasts, and proactive risk mitigation across cost, schedule, risk, and energy performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, Business, Finance or equivalent.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in Project Controls or related delivery functions.
• Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead portfolio-level Project Controls activities for Delivery VP and portfolio.
• Oversee cost management, forecasting, scheduling, risk, change, and energy performance.
• Provide credible forecasts, manage risk registers, and support executive reporting.
• Mentor and develop Project Controls personnel within the portfolio.
