Job summary

WSP USA is seeking a Project Controls Team Leader to guide the TX/LA Earth & Environment group. You will supervise a team, oversee scheduling, cost control, forecasting, and client deliverables, while driving regional performance and growth.

The role combines leadership with hands-on project execution, requiring strong communication with Project Managers, technical leaders, and executives. Hybrid work and regional travel are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in business, finance, environmental science or engineering-related field.
• 7+ years in financial controls, finance/accounting, scheduling, forecasting on capital projects.
• 3-5 years leading multidisciplinary project controls professionals.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Project Controls Team across TX/LA portfolio.
• Provide mentorship and professional development for the team.
• Establish and promote project controls best practices and standards.
