Responsibilities

• Define enterprise project controls strategy, standards, and governance.
• Lead delivery models including design-build, CMAR, and integrated procurement.
• Strengthen budgeting, EVM, forecasting, and change management.
• Develop dashboards and actionable insights for performance.
• Modernize platforms, workflows, and AI-enabled forecasting.
• Establish document controls and cross-functional partnerships.
• Develop talent and build a high-performing team.
