CDM Smith is seeking a Senior Manager, Project Controls to provide enterprise leadership for our project controls function across a large portfolio of integrated design-build projects in municipal, industrial, and federal sectors. This role will modernize platforms, workflows, and analytics to deliver projects safely, profitably, and predictably.

The ideal candidate brings deep leadership in project controls within AEC, with direct design-build and alternative delivery experience.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 15+ years of related experience.
• PMP or PgM certification required.
• Experience with integrated design-build and alternative delivery in water/municipal sectors.
• Ability to lead enterprise-wide digital project controls initiatives.

Responsabilidades

• Define enterprise project controls strategy, standards, and governance across business units.
• Establish controls for design-build, CMAR, and other delivery models; align cost, schedule, risk, and commercial controls.
• Strengthen budgeting, EVM, forecasting, variance analysis, and master scheduling.
• Develop leading indicators and dashboards for margin, backlog, and delivery risk.
• Lead modernization of project controls platforms, data, and workflows; promote AI-enabled forecasting and automation.
• Establish scalable document management and data quality standards.
• Collaborate with executive leadership and cross-functional teams to improve project predictability.
• Develop talent and build a high-performing enterprise project controls community.
