Job summary

HDR is seeking a Senior Project Controls Lead in Salt Lake City within the Water Business Group. You will develop and implement project controls to manage scope, schedule, and budget across water projects such as wastewater, dams, levees, and drinking water programs.

You’ll lead a team of project controls specialists, coordinate with program managers, and drive PMIS adoption while delivering performance summaries to HDR and clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum 10 years in project controls on engineering/construction projects.
• Ability to manage proposals, contracts, and client relations for EPC projects.
• Strong decision-making and leadership skills.
• US employment authorization sponsorship is not available.
