Job summary

Tata Consulting Engineers USA, LLC is seeking a senior Project Controls professional to guide planning, scheduling, cost management, and reporting on complex energy and chemicals projects. You will mentor a team of Project Control Specialists and work under general direction to ensure execution strategy alignment.

Responsibilities include developing the Project Controls Execution Plan, implementing work breakdowns, analyzing variances, and communicating mitigation strategies to project

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 6–10 years’ related experience or equivalent.
• Experience leading project controls on complex energy/chemicals projects.
• Ability to supervise project control specialists and coordinate with project teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical guidance and supervision for the Project Controls function.
• Develop and direct total Project Controls program on projects.
• Prepare Schedule of Activities, Execution Plan, and Staffing Plan.
• Analyze cost and schedule variances, communicate reasons and mitigation plans.
