Job summary

PMA Consultants is seeking an experienced Project Controls professional to support complex engineering and construction projects across the full lifecycle. You will lead cost management, scheduling, budgeting, forecasting, risk reviews, and reporting, while mentoring junior staff and advising client teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant engineering/CM field.
• 10–15 years of experience in project controls, cost engineering, scheduling, and construction PM.
• Extensive hands-on experience with construction schedules.
• Expert-level Primavera P6 scheduling experience.
• Strong analytical skills in schedule/cost control and earned value.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support project cost management and project controls on complex engineering/construction projects.
• Develop detailed cost estimates, baselines, and cost forecasting models.
• Create, maintain, and analyze schedules using Primavera P6.
• Update budgets, cash flow forecasts, and financial reports.
• Perform EAC analyses, budgeting, forecasting, and change management for a portfolio of projects.
• Review contracts for cost obligations and compliance.
