Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield seeks a Lead Planner, Project Controls to act as the project controls lead on large or high-risk projects in the U.S. You will coordinate cost and schedule activities and serve as the primary contact for project-level controls delivery.

Responsibilities include leading workstreams, coordinating analysts, interfacing with client stakeholders, identifying risks, and supporting reporting and oversight while ensuring alignment with standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management or related field.
• Eight or more years of related experience in cost or schedule management on capital projects.
• Direct experience in a complex, matrixed environment.
• Expertise using cost and schedule management software.
• Experience in construction, life sciences, data centers, industrial or related technical field.
• Exemplary communication skills – both oral and written.

Responsibilities

• Lead cost and/or schedule workstreams on complex projects.
• Coordinate inputs from analysts and schedulers.
• Interface directly with client stakeholders.
• Identify and communicate cost and schedule risks.
• Support Managers with reporting and delivery oversight.
• Ensure alignment with project controls standards.
