Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a engineering/construction field.
• 13–15 years of relevant experience or 17–19 years in project controls.
• Demonstrated leadership and multitask management on large EPC projects.
• Strong knowledge of cost engineering, scheduling, forecasting and risk management.

Responsibilities

• Leads field Project Controls: cost control, forecasting, planning and scheduling.
• Directs budgets, forecasts, schedules, risks and KPIs reporting.
• Oversees staffing, training, mentoring and performance of the team.
• Ensures integration of cost, schedule, risk, change management and forecasts.
• Partners with project leadership to identify issues and drive corrective actions.
• Leads project performance reviews and trend analyses for senior management.
• Provides project controls interfaces with customers, subcontractors and stakeholders.
• Mentors Project Risk Coordinators and Risk Specialists.
