FTI is seeking a Project Controls Manager to lead project controls for medium to large projects. This role involves planning, executing, and supervising project controls activities while providing technical direction and support to a team of specialists.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree and at least 10 years of experience in electrical contracting or MEP coordination. The position requires strong analytical skills and the ability to communicate effectively at all levels.

Competenze

• 10 years of electrical contracting experience or MEP coordination is required.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is mandatory.
• Strong leadership and technical direction skills are expected.

Mansioni

• Develop and implement a project controls plan for project execution.
• Plan project baseline and track performance against it.
• Analyze cost and schedule variances and communicate reasons to management.
