Qualifications

• 10 years of electrical contracting experience or MEP coordination is required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a project controls plan for project execution.
• Plan project baseline and track performance against it.
• Analyze cost and schedule variances and communicate reasons to management.
• Supervise Work Breakdown and Project Coding Structures.
