Job summary

Tata Projects Limited is seeking a Lead Project Planner to develop and maintain complex project schedules for heavy civil infrastructure, including underground and elevated metro works. The role emphasizes critical path control, risk mitigation, and timely recovery actions to meet milestones and cost targets.

The incumbent will work with multiple project teams, generate dashboards and reports, and provide schedule assurance through robust analysis and forecasting.

Qualifications

• B.Tech in Civil Engineering is required.
• 15–20 years of experience in heavy civil infra projects.
• Experience with underground metro and elevated metro projects preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain project schedules using Primavera P6 or MS Project.
• Coordinate with project teams to validate progress data.
• Monitor baselines, variances, and schedule slippages.
• Track critical path activities and milestones.
• Prepare weekly, monthly, and look-ahead schedules.
• Forecast completion dates and identify schedule risks.
• Perform delay analysis and recommend corrective actions.
• Develop recovery plans to meet milestones.
• Identify bottlenecks and resource constraints.
• Prepare schedule dashboards and reports for reviews.
