Job summary

Michels Energy Solutions, Inc. in Texas seeks an experienced Project Controls professional to lead budgeting, scheduling, and project coordination across our energy infrastructure projects. You will partner with operations to ensure objectives are met within prescribed parameters and deliver reliable cost reporting.

Responsibilities include developing and implementing standard procedures, training staff, and driving continuous improvement while traveling to project sites as required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or Accounting (or equivalent).
• 7+ years of related experience in project controls or cost management.
• Knowledge of accounting principles and business operations.
• Proficiency in Excel; familiarity with project management and cost control systems.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
