Qualifications

• Advanced cost forecasting, budgeting, and forecasting capabilities.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience supporting multi-project portfolios and PMO environments.
• Expert-level Excel and data analysis skills.
• Ability to collaborate with Project Managers, contractors, and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Lead cost reporting, analysis, and forecasting across multiple construction projects.
• Review project cost estimates and develop budgets, forecasts, and cost performance reports.
• Perform cost, variance, and burn rate analysis with trend interpretation.
• Integrate cost data with schedules to support accurate forecasting.
• Provide project cost risk assessment and reporting at program and portfolio levels.
• Support project controls activities for solar and energy storage projects.
• Mentor junior Cost Analysts and Project Controls staff.
