Avantus is seeking a Project Controls Manager to support late-stage renewable energy projects. The role focuses on cost, schedule, and performance targets across solar and storage portfolios.

You will implement and maintain project control systems and work closely with multiple project managers as internal customers. Required are a four-year degree and 2+ years in renewable energy, plus 4+ years in scheduling and cost analysis.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 2+ years’ experience in utility-scale renewable energy development.
• 4+ years’ experience in scheduling and cost analysis.
• Experience with Sitetracker, Primavera P6, MS Teams, or similar software.
• Highly proficient in Primavera P6 or Oracle Primavera Cloud.
• Proficient in MS Office Suite (Excel and PowerPoint).
• Experience collaborating across multiple teams and stakeholders.
• Experience with contract cost management, forecasting, cash flows, and project budget controls.
• Ability to learn quickly and balance priorities.

Responsabilités

• Develop and maintain integrated project schedules using Sitetracker, Primavera P6, and MS Project.
• Integrate PEC Contractor Schedules into a Master Schedule in Primavera P6 / Oracle Primavera Cloud.
• Provide timely cost forecasts and schedule updates to project managers.
• Track and analyze project costs, forecasts, and performance against budgets.
• Prepare reports and dashboards for stakeholders on schedules and cash flows.
• Support risk management with schedule and cost risk mitigation.
• Assist in change control processes and impact assessments.
