Job summary

ENFRA is seeking a Senior Project Controls Manager to serve as the primary controls partner for a Delivery VP and the portfolio. You will oversee cost management, forecasting, scheduling, risk, and change management, ensuring enterprise standards and credible forecasts.

This embedded leadership role connects Project Controls with Delivery leadership, driving action on material concerns and guiding teams toward improved predictability and profitability across the portfolio.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, Business, Finance, or a related field.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in Project Controls, construction management, program controls, or related project delivery functions.
• Demonstrated leadership coordinating Project Controls across multiple projects and influencing cross-functional teams.
• Strong business and commercial acumen, including budgeting, cost management, margin awareness, forecasting, cash flow, and EAC development.
• Advanced knowledge of project scheduling, schedule analysis, risk management, change management, performance reporting, and corrective action planning.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate complex project information clearly and drive timely decisions.
• Strong organizational, analytical, problem-solving, communication, and presentation skills.
• Travel requirements: 20-35%.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary Project Controls partner for an assigned Delivery VP and portfolio.
• Lead reviews, forecasts, risks and resource strategies with cross-functional teams.
• Align Project Controls resources to the portfolio and integrate into project leadership.
• Lead Phase 3 through Commercial Close of project setup, execution planning, baselines, WBS, budgets, and execution plans.
• Escalate significant portfolio risks and forecast concerns to leadership.
• Oversee cost management, forecasting, budgeting, and cash flow across the portfolio.
• Direct oversight of Cost Controller and review monthly forecasts.
