ENFRA is seeking a Senior Project Controls Manager in Orlando, FL to serve as the primary Project Controls partner for a Delivery Vice President and portfolio. You will lead cost, schedule, risk, and energy performance management, collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize project outcomes.

The role emphasizes embedding controls, escalating material concerns, and developing project controls staff into commercially aware professionals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, Business, Finance, or related field.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in Project Controls, construction management, program controls, or related delivery functions.
• Strong business and commercial acumen including budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary Project Controls partner to the Delivery VP and portfolio.
• Oversee cost, schedule, risk, and change management across the portfolio.
• Lead reporting, performance analytics, and executive communication.
• Coach and mentor Project Controls personnel and balance resources across projects.
