Job summary

HDR is seeking a North America Project Controls Lead to establish and advance project controls practices across the Building Engineering Services group. You will manage a team of project controls professionals, oversee schedule and cost controls, and collaborate with program management and clients to ensure scope, schedule, and budget adherence.

The role requires extensive experience in scheduling, cost management, PMIS tools, and leadership across multi-project environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Engineering Management or closely related field.
• Experience leading project controls on large BES infrastructure programs.

Responsibilities

• Provide regular coordination across BES with project controls personnel, PMs and operations leaders to drive project performance.
• Lead the development and implementation of project controls plans, cost management and scheduling templates.
• Mentor and develop project controls staff; support pursuit and execution phases.
