Job summary

HDR is seeking a North America Project Controls Lead to join the Building Engineering Services team. You will develop and implement project controls practices across major programs, oversee a staff of controls specialists, and partner with program managers and clients to ensure on-schedule, on-budget delivery.

You will lead initiatives to improve processes, establish templates, and mentor staff while coordinating with regional leadership to scale best practices across multiple market sectors

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Engineering Management, Accounting, Business Administration, or closely related field.
• 10+ years as project controls manager for BES infrastructure projects with large contracts.
• Experience in scheduling, cost control, and project reports.

Responsibilities

• Provide program-wide project controls leadership across BES; develop and implement control plans.
• Lead a team of project controls and document controls professionals.
• Collaborate with program managers and clients to deliver right-sized controls solutions.
• Develop templates, templates, and training for project controls practices.
