Job summary

HDR is seeking a North America Project Controls Lead to join the Building Engineering Services group in the United States. You will lead project controls across data centers, hotels, finance, and BES projects, establishing robust templates, cost and schedule management, and training staff.

The role requires senior-level expertise and collaboration with regional operations and program management to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or closely related field
• Minimum of 10 years serving as project controls manager for large BES infrastructure projects
• Experience in scheduling, cost control, and PMIS implementations

Responsibilities

• Provide regular coordination across BES with project controls personnel and project managers
• Lead development and implementation of project controls plans, templates, and KPI dashboards
• Coordinate with PMIS team to recommend data management solutions
• Manage a team of project controls and document controls specialists
• Mentor staff and drive continuous improvement in project controls practices
• Support pursuit teams and program management activities
