Job summary

HDR is seeking a North America Project Controls Lead within Building Engineering Services to develop and implement project controls across Data Centers, Hotels, Finance, and BES programs. You will guide cost, schedule, risk and document control efforts, partnering with regional teams and HDR leadership to drive program success.

You will lead staffing, templates, and training, ensuring best practices and robust client reporting.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction or closely related field.
10+ years as project controls manager for BES projects with large contract values.
Experience in scheduling, cost management, and PMIS implementations.
Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to coordinate multiple tasks across regions and teams.

Responsibilities

Provide regular coordination across BES with project controls staff, PMs and leaders to drive performance.
Lead improvements to project controls practices and technologies within BES.
Develop and maintain project controls templates, plans, and KPIs across projects.
Coordinate staffing for project controls during pursuit and execution phases.
Mentor staff and support active career development in project controls.
