Job summary

HDR is seeking a North America Project Controls Lead to join the Building Engineering Services (BES) group. You will lead project controls across data centers, hotels, finance and BES projects in North America, guiding cost, schedule, and risk management while mentoring a team of controls professionals.

You will collaborate with program managers, engineers and field teams to optimize performance, implement templates, and drive continuous improvement across geographies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in engineering or related field.
• 10+ years of project controls leadership for large programs.
• Strong knowledge of scheduling, cost, and change management.

Responsibilities

• Lead project controls strategy across BES projects.
• Mentor staff and develop training opportunities in project controls.
• Coordinate with regional leads for knowledge sharing and best practices.
• Provide comprehensive performance summaries to HDR and clients.
