Cumming Group is recruiting a Senior Project Controls Manager to join our cost management and estimating team on high-profile data center projects. You will help lead capital planning, budgeting, and cost control across all project phases.

The role emphasizes governance, reporting, and collaboration with clients to optimize funding and schedules. A strong background in ERP tools and proforma analyses is essential for success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, QS, architecture or related field.
• 8+ years in Project Controls or related roles.
• Preferred MRICS, CPE, CCE, CEP, PMP, Six Sigma certifications.
• Experience on large-scale data center projects is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform project controls including capital planning, governance, funding, scheduling and cost management.
• Support development of capital plans and cashflow updates for client prioritization.
• Set up project systems and coding with clients and ensure accurate inputs.
• Provide reports to support governance and decision making.
• Forecast and influence project outcomes and mitigate risks.
• Ensure smooth project close-out with complete cost tracking.
