Cumming Group in the United States is seeking a Senior Project Controls Manager to join our cost management and estimating team on a large-scale data center project. You will lead project controls, budgeting, scheduling, risk and reporting to drive cost efficiency and value.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, QS, Architecture, or related field.
• 8+ years in Project Controls or related roles.

Responsibilities

• Perform Project Controls services including capital planning, budget development, cost & commercial managing, schedule control, risk management, and project close-out.
• Support development of client capital plans and funding updates.
• Prepare Front-end Planning assessments and funding requests.
• Set up project systems and coding with clients; ensure governance and reporting.
• Forecast and influence project outcomes and milestones.
• Review and analyze schedule development and progression.
