Job summary

Cumming Group in the United States is seeking a Senior Project Controls Manager for a large-scale data center program, supporting capital planning, cost management, and schedule governance across multiple sites in Atlanta, GA and Phoenix, AZ.

The role emphasizes front-end planning, cashflow modeling, risk management, and procurement-to-pay processes, with heavy collaboration among clients and internal teams; extensive ERP and BIM cost tools experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, QS, Architecture, or related field.
• 8+ years in Project Controls or related roles.
• MRICS, CPE, CCE, CEP, PMP, Six Sigma preferred.
• Experience on large-scale data center projects is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform Project Controls services including capital planning and cost management.
• Support development of clients' capital plan with cashflow and accruals.
• Set up project systems and coding with stakeholders.
• Forecast and influence project outcomes; monitor risk and schedule progress.
• Ensure effective project close-out and multi-phase cost controls.
• Provide reports for governance and decision-making.
