Job summary

Cumming Group in Atlanta is seeking a Senior Project Controls Manager to lead cost controls and project controls across large data‑center projects, guiding budgeting, scheduling, risk management, and reporting to ensure on‑time, on‑budget delivery.

The position requires 8+ years in project controls, a relevant degree, and proficiency with SAP, Oracle, Primavera P6, Procore and Power BI. MRICS/PMP are preferred qualifications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, QS, Architecture.
• 8+ years in Project Controls, or related roles.
• Preferred Certification: MRICS, CPE, CCE, CEP, PMP, Six Sigma.
• Experience: Prior experience working on large scale data center projects is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform Project Controls Services including capital planning, portfolio and project governance, front end planning, project funding, project setup, construction technology, procure to pay, project cost & commercial managing, schedule control, risk management, project close-out.
