Job summary

Cumming Group seeks a seasoned Project Manager to lead large-scale construction programs in a dynamic environment. You will plan, coordinate, and control project scope, schedule, and cost while driving value engineering and stakeholder alignment across on-site teams.

The role requires 6+ years in project management/engineering/construction management, with credentials such as CCM, PMP, PE, or LEED preferred.

Qualifications

• Knowledge & experience planning, managing & coordinating all aspects of project, scope and cost for multiple projects.
• Ability to monitor and re-evaluate scope and adjust when necessary.
• Experience with cost estimates, cost studies, budget reconciliation.

Responsibilities

• Plan, manage, and coordinate all aspects of the project schedule, scope, and cost.
• Value Engineer the project by identifying opportunities for savings and ensuring material substitutions are equal.
• Manage the on-site project stakeholders.
• Prepare Project Management plan and fee budget/proposal at the project outset.
• Evaluate documents and communicate the client’s goals to project team.
• Develop and communicate action plans that will lead the project team throughout the project.
• Re-evaluate the contract scope of work as the project progresses and recommend adjustments.
• Coordinate with cost management for cost estimates, cost studies, and budget reconciliation.
• Organize and maintain framework for project team processes and document keeping.
• Drive the permitting process and ensure permits progress efficiently.
• Ensure design management aligns with client documents (budget, scope, schedule, standards).
• Prepare cost and revenue projections.
• Perform Constructability Review.
• Develop and lead design management, procurement strategies, construction, and closeout.
• Contracts and claim negotiations.
• Budget development and management.
• Ability to run larger, more complex projects.
• Delegate tasks to project management team.
• Oversee entitlement process for unoccupied sites.
• Lead the vision for project procedures and processes.
• Other duties as assigned.
• Attendance at work during normal business hours.
