Qualifications

• BS in Construction Management, Engineering, QS, Architecture, or related field.
• 4+ years' experience post undergraduate degree in a related field.
• Strong knowledge of project controls fundamentals.

Responsibilities

• Perform project controls services including planning, governance, funding, cost & commercial management, and schedule control.
• Develop and review cashflow, accruals, and funding documents.
• Support development of project portfolios and client reporting.
• Set up project systems, coding, and input requirements for inputs from multiple sources.
• Provide reports and insights to enable governance and decision making.
• Assist in construction technology operations and procure-to-pay setup.
• Forecast and influence project outcomes and identify risk mitigation actions.
• Ensure closure of projects including financial activities and required documentation.
