Qualifications

• BS in Construction Management, Engineering, QS, Architecture, or related field.
• 4+ years' experience post undergraduate degree in construction management or related field.
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills and data analysis abilities.

Responsibilities

• Perform project controls including capital planning and cost & commercial management.
• Forecast and influence project outcomes through schedule & risk analysis.
• Support funding requests with cashflow and accrual information.
• Ensure effective governance with reports and information flow.
• Collaborate with clients and teams to set up project systems.
