Cumming Group is seeking a Senior Cost Manager for a major data center construction project near Atlanta, GA. You will develop, manage, and maintain cost management processes across the project lifecycle to meet financial objectives and support successful delivery.

The ideal candidate has 5–8 years of cost management or quantity surveying experience, with strong leadership and client-facing skills. MRICS/AssocRICS or CCP/CEP/CPE credentials are preferred.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years in Cost Management or Quantity Surveying.
• Professional accreditation MRICS, AssocRICS, CCP, CEP, CPE or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Review and estimate scope of work from project documents.
• Lead client accounts and manage sub-contractor relationships.
• Prepare sub-contractor analysis and change order estimates.
• Support contract administration and project plans.
• Mentor junior cost managers and contribute to business development.
