Jacobs is seeking an experienced Sr Project Controls Professional to support site-based assignments across the U.S., including Corpus Christi, TX. You will lead cost control, forecasting, and earned value management, collaborating with construction teams and vendors to deliver accurate reporting throughout the project lifecycle.

This senior role requires 15 years of project controls experience, knowledge of EVMS and contract pay applications, and the ability to travel on-site.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in project controls with emphasis on cost management and field operations.
• Familiarity with construction contracts and pay applications.
• Experience with Earned Value Management Systems (EVMS).
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel for on-site assignments.

Responsibilities

• Lead the setup, monitoring, and forecasting of project cost and progress metrics.
• Manage all cost control elements: budget updates, scope changes, expenditures, and forecasts.
• Maintain accurate data in cost control systems and tools.
• Analyze revenue and cost performance and advise corrective actions.
• Review and approve contractor pay applications per contracts.
• Track and report construction progress using EVM.
