Jacobs is seeking a Sr Project Controls Professional to support site-based assignments across multiple U.S. locations.

The role focuses on cost management, EVMS, and rigorous progress tracking, collaborating with construction teams and vendors to ensure accurate forecasting and reporting throughout the project lifecycle. The ideal candidate has 15+ years in project controls, strong analytical and communication skills, and willingness to travel for on-site assignments.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 15 years of project controls experience focused on cost management and field operations.
• Familiarity with construction contracts and pay application processes.
• Experience with Earned Value Management Systems (EVMS).
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead setup, monitoring, and forecasting of project cost and progress metrics.
• Manage cost control elements, including budget development, scope changes, and forecast reporting.
• Maintain data in cost control systems and tools.
• Analyze revenue and cost performance and recommend corrective actions.
• Review contractor pay applications for contractual compliance.
• Track construction progress using Earned Value Management (EVM).
• Coordinate weekly progress data collection with contractors.
