Jacobs is seeking a Sr Project Controls Professional to support ongoing site-based assignments across multiple U.S. locations, including Spartanburg, SC, Baton Rouge, LA, or Corpus Christi, TX.

The role emphasizes cost control, progress tracking, forecasting, and reporting within a dedicated controls team. As a senior, you will lead cost setup, monitoring, and EVMS reporting, coordinate with contractors and vendors, and ensure data accuracy across project systems while traveling to sites as

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Finance, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 15 years in project controls with cost management and field operations.
• Knowledge of construction contracts and pay apps.
• Experience with EVMS.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Willing to travel on-site assignments.

Responsibilities

• Lead the setup, monitoring, and forecasting of project cost and progress metrics.
• Manage all cost control elements, including Budget development and updates; Scope change tracking; Expenditure and forecast reporting.
• Maintain accurate data in cost control systems and tools.
• Analyze revenue and cost performance and recommend corrective actions to project and construction managers.
• Review and approve contractor pay applications, ensuring compliance with contractual terms.
• Track and report on construction physical progress using Earned Value Management (EVM).
• Coordinate with contractors to collect and upload weekly progress data into project systems.
