Jacobs is seeking a Sr Project Controls Professional to support site-based assignments in Spartanburg, SC, Baton Rouge, LA, or Corpus Christi, TX, with future on-site projects across the U.S. The role focuses on cost management, progress tracking, and coordinating with construction teams and vendors to ensure accurate forecasting and reporting throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in project controls.
• Strong cost management and field operations.
• Familiarity with EVMS and construction contracts.
• Willingness to travel for on-site assignments.

Responsibilities

• Lead the setup, monitoring, and forecasting of project cost and progress metrics.
• Manage all cost control elements, including budget development, scope changes, expenditure and forecast reporting.
• Maintain accurate data in cost control systems and tools.
• Analyze revenue and cost performance and recommend corrective actions to project and construction managers.
• Review and approve contractor pay applications, ensuring compliance with contractual terms.
• Track and report on construction physical progress using Earned Value Management (EVM).
• Coordinate with contractors to collect and upload weekly progress data into project systems.
