Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Senior Manager of Project Controls to oversee portfolio-level project controls delivery within our Project & Development Services practice. You will establish governance structures, advise senior client stakeholders, and mentor Managers and Senior Project Controls staff.

We value extensive experience with cost and schedule management software, and a proven track record in staffing, resourcing, and delivering complex programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, Business Administration or related field; Master's degree preferred; Certification preferred.
• Thirteen or more years of related experience with 2+ years of management experience required.
• Advanced project controls skills; expert in client relations, consulting; highly organized with strong analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide portfolio-level oversight of project controls delivery; establish delivery strategies, controls frameworks, and governance structures.
• Serve as senior advisor to client stakeholders; mentor and oversee Managers and Senior Project Controls staff.
• Influence staffing, resourcing, and delivery models; contribute to internal tools, standards, and process improvements.
