Cushman & Wakefield seeks a Senior Project Controls Cost Analyst to lead cost management for complex capital projects in a dynamic, matrixed environment. You will drive forecasts, analyses, earned value, change management, and client communications while guiding junior staff.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor's in a related field and 5+ years of cost/schedule management experience, with expertise in project controls software and a proven ability to operate in multi-disciplinary teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in related field.
• Five+ years of experience in cost or schedule management on capital projects.
• Experience in a matrixed environment.
• Expertise using cost and schedule management software.

Responsibilities

• Independently lead project-level cost management.
• Prepare forecasts, variance analysis, and risk assessments.
• Support earned value, change management, and scenario analysis.
• Serve as a key contributor in client meetings.
• Review work products prepared by junior staff.
• Support development of project controls plans and procedures.
