Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Lead, Project Controls (Estimating) to manage cost and schedule on large, high-risk projects. You will lead cost, estimating, and schedule workstreams, coordinate inputs from analysts and schedulers, and interface with client stakeholders to ensure timely delivery.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree and 8+ years in cost/schedule management on capital projects, preferably within a matrixed organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management or related field.
• Eight or more years of cost or schedule management on capital projects.
• Experience within a complex, matrixed environment with strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead cost, estimating, and/or schedule workstreams on complex projects.
• Coordinate inputs from analysts and schedulers.
• Interface directly with client stakeholders.
• Identify and communicate cost and schedule risks.
• Support Managers with reporting and delivery oversight.
• Ensure alignment with project controls standards.
