Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Lead, Project Controls (Estimating) to act as the project controls lead for large or high-risk projects. You will coordinate cost and schedule activities and serve as the primary contact for project-level controls delivery, interfacing with client stakeholders and reporting to management.

Requirements include a Bachelor's degree in a related field and 8+ years of cost or schedule management on capital projects, plus experience in a matrixed environment and strong

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management or related field.
• Eight or more years of related experience in cost or schedule management on capital projects.
• Experience within a complex, matrixed environment with exemplary communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead cost, estimating, and/or schedule workstreams on complex projects.
• Coordinate inputs from analysts and schedulers.
• Interface directly with client stakeholders.
• Identify and communicate cost and schedule risks.
• Support Managers with reporting and delivery oversight.
• Ensure alignment with project controls standards.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management or related field
