Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Project Controls Manager to lead cost and schedule delivery across multiple projects within Project & Development Services. You will mentor staff, run client meetings, and ensure QA/QC of forecasts and reports.

Ideal candidates have a bachelor’s degree in a related field, 10+ years of experience with at least 2 years in management, and strong expertise in project controls and client relations. This role offers competitive compensation and benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field; Master's preferred; certification preferred.
• Ten+ years of related experience with 2+ years of management experience.
• Expert in client relations, consulting and strategic direction.
• Advanced project controls skills and strong analytical abilities.
• Experience with cost and schedule management software; industries include construction, life sciences or data centers.

Responsibilities

• Oversee cost and schedule management across multiple projects.
• Escalate complex controls issues as needed.
• QA/QC review of forecasts, schedules and reporting.
• Lead client meetings related to project controls.
• Manage and mentor Senior Project Controls staff.
• Support resourcing and staffing decisions.
• Coordinate third‑party plans into a comprehensive cost plan.
