Job summary

SSOE is seeking an experienced Project Controller III to support our Architecture Practice Group. You will partner closely with Project Managers, Architects, Design Leaders, and Practice Leadership to help drive the financial and operational success of a diverse portfolio of architectural projects.

This role serves as a trusted business partner throughout the project lifecycle, supporting planning, budgeting, forecasting, resource utilization, cost management and performance reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree inBusiness, Finance, Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture or related field.
• 7+ years in project controls, project accounting, or related disciplines.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and project performance reporting.

Responsibilities

• Monitor project financial performance, profitability, resource utilization and delivery metrics.
• Develop and maintain project budgets, forecasts and analyses.
• Monitor costs, schedules, backlog and KPI trends.
• Prepare dashboards, forecasts and reports for leadership.
• Support monthly project reviews and corrective actions.
