Job summary

SSOE Group is seeking an experienced Project Controller III to support its Architecture Practice Group. You will partner with Project Managers, Architects, and Practice Leadership to drive financial and operational success across a diverse project portfolio.

Responsibilities include budgeting, forecasting, cost management, and performance reporting to improve profitability and client outcomes. We offer ownership opportunities and comprehensive benefits within a nationally recognized firm.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
7+ years in project controls, accounting, or related roles.
Advanced Excel and project performance reporting skills.

Responsibilities

Monitor project financial performance, profitability, and delivery metrics.
Develop and maintain project budgets and forecasts.
Analyze costs, schedules, backlog, and revenues; identify risks and opportunities.
Prepare project dashboards, forecasts, and leadership reports.
Support project setup, cost tracking structures, and reporting requirements.
Collaborate to evaluate scope changes and corrective actions.
Contribute to monthly project reviews and optimization of delivery.
Mentor junior project controls team members when needed.
Assist in business development input for proposals and client presentations.
