Job summary

SSOE is seeking an experienced Project Controller III to support our Architecture Practice Group. You will partner with Project Managers, Architects, and Practice Leadership to drive financial and operational success across a diverse project portfolio.

You will manage budgets, forecasts, and performance analyses, monitor costs and delivery metrics, and develop dashboards for leadership. This role offers growth, ownership opportunities, and exposure to nationally recognized projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• 7+ years in project controls, accounting, or related disciplines.
• Advanced Excel and project performance reporting skills.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication abilities.
• Driver's license; may be waived internationally.

Responsibilities

• Monitor project financial performance, profitability, and delivery metrics.
• Develop budgets, forecasts, and performance analyses.
• Track costs, schedules, backlog, and KPIs; identify risks and opportunities.
• Prepare dashboards and reports for leadership.
• Support project setup, scope changes, and reporting requirements.
• Mentor junior team members and support proposals.
