Job summary

SSOE Group seeks an experienced Project Controller III to support our Architecture Practice Group. You will partner with Project Managers, Architects, Design Leaders, and Practice Leadership to drive financial and operational success across diverse architectural projects.

Responsibilities include budgeting, forecasting, cost management, dashboards, and performance reporting, with mentoring of junior staff and travel as required.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in project controls, accounting, or related fields.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and project performance reporting.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.

Responsibilities

• Monitor project financial performance, profitability, and resource utilization.
• Develop and maintain project budgets, forecasts, and analyses.
• Track costs, schedules, and earned revenue with dashboards and reports.
• Support monthly project reviews and provide recommendations.
