Job summary

SSOE is seeking an experienced Project Controller III to support our Architecture Practice Group. You will partner with Project Managers, Architects, and Design Leaders to drive financial and operational success across a diverse portfolio.

Responsibilities include budgeting, forecasting, cost management, performance reporting, and dashboards to inform decision-making and improve profitability. This role offers growth in a collaborative, employee-owned firm.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• 7+ years in project controls or related disciplines.
• Strong analytical and communication abilities.
• Experience with project budgets, forecasting, and reporting.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Monitor project financial performance, profitability, and delivery metrics.
• Develop budgets, forecasts, and performance analyses for project lifecycles.
• Track costs, scheduling, backlog, and revenue recognition.
• Prepare dashboards and reports for leadership and project teams.
• Assist in change control and risk mitigation related to costs.
